Did you think it was a good thing when retail giant Target committed to raising its minimum wage to $15 an hour? If so, think again.

Yes, the company did raise wages. But they also reduced hours, which made some people ineligible for group benefits. And they replaced some workers with automation.

Still think it was worth it? They don’t.
