Derick Jennings serves as Director of Operations at Accurate Medical Billing (AMB), where he works closely with clients and the AMB team to strengthen operations, improve processes, and support the continued growth of the company.
Derick brings a practical, hands-on leadership style to AMB, with a strong focus on communication, accountability, and finding better ways to serve healthcare providers. His responsibilities span client onboarding, business development, technology and workflow improvements, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day operational needs of the company.
In addition to his work with AMB, Derick has spent more than a decade in public service as a firefighter with the City and County of Denver. That experience has shaped his approach to leadership—remaining calm under pressure, solving problems quickly, and understanding the importance of having a dependable team behind you.
At AMB, Derick works alongside owner TJ Webber to build on the company’s nearly 30-year history while preparing it for its next stage of growth. His goal is to preserve the personal service and relationships AMB was built on while introducing new systems, technology, and opportunities that allow the company to serve more healthcare practices without losing that personal touch.
