Kyle Haubrich is Counsel at Haubrich and Associates as well as Co-Founder of SPIN Compliance Solutions.
Kyle brings with him more than a decade of legal experience in healthcare regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on the rapidly evolving areas of health care law, specifically, HIPAA, OSHA, MACRA/MIPS, Anti-kickback, Stark, and other federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
He focuses on helping clients get a possible return on investment (ROI) by working with private insurance companies to negotiate fee schedules, increase MIPS scores, and help reduce costs for things like provider credentialing. Kyle received his Juris Doctor, with an emphasis in Public Policy and Regulation, from Michigan State University College of Law. He has clients across the United States and continues to help clients comply with these ever-changing laws. His goal is to allow his clients to be Healthcare Professionals and not compliance officers.
He has been married for 21 years to his best friend, Elena Haubrich, and has 4 children, Jordan, Abi, Jared, and Ella.
