Life Lessons From 100-Year-Olds

This is a truly inspiring set of interviews with British subjects who lived past age 100. What was their secret?

I found their wisdom so interesting because my Aunt Lorraine also lived past age 100, and she passed on the same teachings!

I have compiled some of their advice for you, but please listen to them yourself. You will learn some Eternal Truths.

Some of their teachings:

Be helpful.

Make your memories lovely ones.

Do what you need to do.

Eat food that is good for you.

Br positive.

Persevere through your problems.

Adopt an attiude of “life goes on.”

Keep up with the times.

Consider the advice of your parents.

Happiness is the perfect remedy for illness.

Be as independent as you can, but don’t be afraid to ask for help.

We asked three unique and lovely centenarians what their most valuable life lessons were, and also their regrets. The conversations that followed were remarkable. They talked about the importance of family, people, relationships and love. Their view on life, as an elderly citizen with a lot of experience is truly an inspiration and motivation. Enjoy the video!
