What You Both Deserve

by Angie Carlson |

Gone backwards on your financial journey?  This post is for you.

You were 100% debt free – house and everything.

And now, each of you feel like that work was for nothing.

That life event happened, which resulted in all of your savings being spent.

Once that was done, a decision was made to turn back to debt because neither of you saw another option to get through the crisis.

And the consumer debt you are paying back this time around is even higher than what you initially paid off.

You ask yourself: how did we allow this to happen?

You think back on the feeling of being 100% debt free and how it changed your relationship.

In ways like:

  • Sleeping so good and deep until your alarm went off
  • Being able to make the choices you wanted without the money being the first thought
  • Reading the menu from right to left instead of left to right

Making more money and spending less did work – until that life event showed us the gap in that plan.

Maybe you have chills with just thinking about all of the work and sacrifice required to pay off all the debt again.

And it makes sense that you are feeling all of this.

That gap is what you wish someone would have warned you about.

Because

What other gaps like this exist in our plan that we haven’t thought of?

What if this time doesn’t work out either?

These are great questions that should be discussed before you start again.

Fortunately for you, I have a simple and potent solution that will allow you to have these conversations in a way where both of you feel heard, valued, and respected.

It’s my 6 month Agree and Achieve Coaching Program.

During our time together, we will:

  • Uncover the clarity required to go from juggling the finances during the unexpected to knowing how the unexpected will be paid for in full
  • End the shame and guilt about the decisions that led you here to feeling confident you both are taking the next right steps for your relationship

Imagine being able to keep your day-to-day & long-term financial plans on track no matter what unexpected or unplanned life event occurs.

Because you both deserve to have your dream relationship with a bank account to match.
